Time of refund: Once we receive your return in our warehouse we will issue a refund to your credit card within 24 hours. Credit card companies usually take up to 48 hours to apply the refund to your account (except PayPal payments which post immediately).

Method of refund: All online payments are done via credit card so the refund will be applied to the credit card you provided. Rare exceptions can be requested in the event your credit card was lost or stolen.

Product condition: All products returned must be in original packaging and in new condition. Any products that were damaged or installed will be returned to customer and shipping charges may apply. Products must be in saleable condition.
